What is the working environment like at the head office in Luton?
It’s a spacious open-plan office, with an atrium exterior glass doors making it light and airy, and we have a business-casual dress code. There is ample parking with security and a complimentary bus service from the train station throughout the day. There are break-out rooms with recreational facilities, including TV, table football and a dartboard, not to mention a library exclusively for employees. The nearby gym is very popular and has a fitness suite, which is fully equipped and hosts daily classes. We have great green credentials too – recycling points, no bins near desks, movement activated lights – and we are committed to energy saving initiatives.

Situated just ten minutes from Luton town centre, with excellent road and rail links, there is a complementary bus service from the train station throughout the day.

There is a team of 19,000 people across TUI UK & Ireland with around 750–800 based in the Luton head office.

Our recruitment process consists of four stages:
- Stage 1: The first stage is to search for a suitable vacancy and apply online. We will confirm receipt of your application by email.
- Stage 2: A member of our Recruitment team considers your application against the role criteria. Your application will be handled professionally according to best practice and our commitment to Equal Opportunities.
- Stage 3: If your application is successful, you will be invited to attend a competency based interview/assessment. Interviews, on average, last for approximately one hour and are held with the relevant line manager and, whenever appropriate, a member of the HR / Recruitment team.
- Stage 4: You will be notified within five working days of your interview if you have been successful and what the next stage will be.
